Win+V key shortcut overridden, now shows "Default" or "All Desktops"

I'm running Windows 10 (2004, but same on previous versions) and something I installed when I was building my PC has hijacked the Windows Win+V keyboard shortcut for accessing multiple clipboards. Instead of seeing the expected clipboard history, I get a dark-grey large-font text overlay showing the word "Default" and then next time "All Desktops" in the middle of the active monitor.

I thought it probably came from something like the Radeon graphics card software, as it looks like that sort of an overlay, but I've turned all the shortcuts that I can find in there off. Clipboard History is turned on, and I don't use multiple desktops anyway.

Does this ring any bells with anyone? Google has found nothing. Thanks.

Hi, if that's assigned dynamically (by a running program) best try a clean boot (Google or see tutorial if unsure how) and see if there's any change.

If assigned as a start menu shortcut (probably less likely) try the elderly Shortcuts Map e.g.
Shortcuts Map - manage hotkeys assigned to Windows shortcuts

I understand it's not possible to simply list all assigned hotkeys at a given point:
"Is there a way to show all registered (active) keyboard shortcuts and processes which they belong to?"

The answer to this is 'No'. You cannot list these. Each application defines them internally.

All Ctrl + key + key are defined inside of the applications. They NEVER affect a background application.

Threfore where you are running a program which then assigns one, you would need to determine which that is by elimination.

Thanks, it was a startup program ("7 Sticky Notes" in case anyone is interested). Its Options menu allowed disabling the shortcut keys, so all working now. Thanks for your help.
