Here's a work in progress so far to get an idea. It's basically going to be all the items in the Control Panel area.

There's just way to many troubleshooters to have them listed in a context menu, but I thought including the categories and all would work.

Would you prefer Troubleshooting to be at the top, middle, or bottom of the Desktop context menu?

The top would be fine, thank you Brink.Any change from the present system could only be an improvement. For a newcomer,Recycle Bin is intuitive,Update & Security for troubleshooting is not.
After many years I still pause and think "where is such and such" and often use the Search box to find it.
Many problems appearing in this forum might be solved faster if the basic tools were more easily accessible.

I took another route and pinned my Shortcut solution to Start, and have the tile to all troubleshooters.

Takes you to the complete list of Troubleshooters.
From the desktop, When extracting this downloaded zip file, where exactly does the location choice appear? It simply created the shortcut on my desktop....
    Thanks

What you are referring to in this solution in the quote is not a zip file.

It's the path you copy and paste in the Location box when you manually create a Shortcut on your Desktop.

I think Brink has other solutions that are included in a zip file.

You might be thinking of that.

Follow the directions exactly as written. It doesn't say extract the downloaded zip file, it says

drag and drop the Troubleshooters folder from the ZIP to your desktop.
Move the extracted Troubleshooters folder to where you want to keep it saved at.
The do steps 7 and 8.
