That's a good idea I think. Possibly a troubleshooter tile in the start list or/and a default tile, like the Store tile, in the taskbar. Would certainly make it easier for new adopters of Win 10. Worth you suggesting it in the feedback hub?

Run msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic in windows PowerShell admin.

I'm working on a tutorial for a Troubleshooting context menu that will have all these options to help. I'll post back with a link when it's ready..
