Is there a short key to show Properties?

Instead of right clicking and choosing Properties?

With the item for which you want to see properties selected, press SHIFT + F10 (the equivalent of a right-click), release those keys, then tap "R". That should bring up properties.

100% agree, especially since you have to select the item first, which you would most likely be doing by clicking on it. If you are going to be clicking on it anyway, you might as well just do a right-click while you are at it

ALT+Enter?

If you have "menu" key on keyboard you can simply:
menu key -> Up arrow -> Enter.

In any case you need to left click on item first, for any shortcut key, so right click properties is always better.
