There is a weird thing that is happening, where sometimes Windows will beep 4 times, each beep getting higher pitched. This usually happens when I load minecraft, as it starts allocating a ton of ram. Anybody know what is happening?

Those codes are for the bios only.
If possible,increase RAM size to 16gb and note the difference when loading games.
remove the ram and reinsert it.

You probably are getting over temperature.
On BIOS you can set a alarm when temperature hits a set point. Mine is set to 80ºC
Do you have a hardware monitor?
I use open hardware monitor. Don't need to be installed. Extract and run
