Apps default to the wrong monitor

    Build: 14393.1198

I have three monitors arranged with the middle one vertical. When I launch programs (say from Steam) or try to configure a setup from Streamlabs OBS they launch or act as if the vertical monitor is the only one active. Since Steam programs are often not windowed I can't drag and drop them to a horizontal monitor and I don't know how to change this behavior. Is there a setting that can fix this? I've primarily been a Linux user for the past 12 years except for work so my Windows-fu is lacking.

Uninstall all three monitors, then re-install,one at a time in Landscape mode and when satisfied it is working normally, then the second and then the third.
If all is well, reset the middle back to Profile and see if the problem returns.
Anyone coping with Linux for 12 years, should find Windows a breeze.

Can you alter their onscreen position using WinKey+LeftArrow/RightArrow?
If so, they will also step across monitors by repeatedly using the same keys.
If you can get them onto the monitor you want this way, they ought to default to that monitor the next time they are run.

This is how normal Windows applications behave.
    - I don't know anything about Steam things.
    - I don't know what you mean by 'not windowed'.

    Best of luck,
    Denis
