    Hi

I ran defender for quite a while, but things started getting through so I switched to AVG.
So far I'm happy with AVG it seems to be doing the job, at least I haven't had any infections.

I tried AVG and while it's nice I like Avast a lot more.
    YMMV

Their you go living proof. Some choose to use different programs. That is the way it should be.
It is nice that one can choose what they want or need.
