I only use Windows 10 Pro. According to my memory, in the past like with Windows 7, only if you had the Pro Edition were you able to change the UI completely to a different language by installing a language pack otherwise you would need to format and reinstall Windows from scratch using the ISO of the language you want.

Is this still the case with Windows 10 Home or are they now able to change the UI completely to a different language just like Pro and higher editions?

    Hello Spartan,

Luckily, all editions of Windows 10 support changing the display language unlike previous Windows.
