I cannot find a way to contact hp

I bought a hp laptop HP envy 13t-ba000 from hp web site. It came about 8/26 after some delay. I thought I was buying a touch screen, but no. The absence of touch was was carefully hidden. I cannot find a way to contact hp. I can't get out of their help assistant, which isn't very helpful. I was under the impression that if I didn;t like the product I could return it but I cannot find out how to talk to somebody about my options. Phone numbers to a person are non existant. Help. How can I talk to a human to access my paidfor extended warranty?????

The specs for it look good.

Note the Chat on the screen.

Your invoice/sales slip/E-Mail should have a listing of the additional charge for the optional Touch Screen.

Thanks.. I got in. HP has a new communication system. Its called "hold and hope". Joke

They are going to build me a new one and charge me a restocking fee of about $160. There must be a feature I thought I ordered but didn't and that is another $40. I will need to clean this system before I ship it back and will probably ask for help to reformat the disk from you guy/gals in the near future.

Maybe I should take a moment and take the credit and buy something else that does not have HP support in its family.

There usually is a process OEMs use to do a factory reset, may be in any documentation you received or in the HP program on it.

I'd return it and look for a different manufacturer. I don't like that they are charging you to return it, restocking fee is BS.

Also walked through the options and didn't see any Touch Screen option for that model, even though it says:

HP ENVY Laptop - 13t-ba000 touch optional

Maybe look at ASUS or Lenovo?
