    Old Timer, but zero techie

    Personal Messaging


    Hi, just joined and wanted to send a personal message but when I select PM I just get:

    "Harry Flatters, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

    The page has been removed.
    Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page.
    If you are a trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

    Does PM work or am I doing something wrong?

    Welcome to Ten Forums Harry. PM does work. Not sure whether new members can PM right away, or possibly the person you are trying to PM has it blocked.

    PM is restricted for new members due to spammers signing up and sending loads of spam PMs.

    Harry should be good around now though

    Hello! Recently joined in thanks to finding the custom intel hd3000 drivers I actually needed! I run low speced laptop, but I want to push it to its limits so I hope I will be able to find a lot of help here!
