I am retired now.
My interest in computers started with the Z80 a a Commodore Amiga. I never use Apple or Mac.
I do use an PC with Linux Lubuntu, a Workstation with Windows 10 Prof and a smartphone with Android

I have an second hand pc with Windows 10 and I have 2 USB drives (1 was Windows 10 21H1 Install Disk and 1 is Pop!_OS Live USB) for diagnostics and troubleshooting, a iPhone 4 (that I use nightly for TF visiting and Youtube) and an school managed Android tablet (that I use to create this post)
This message being submitted on Chrome Book, as all my windows machines have been hacked.
Win 10 Professional, protected by malwarebytes premium and windows defender.
I responded to a phone message stating that my Amazon Prime account had an unauthorized charge on it, and continued to lead me down the rabbit hole, gaining more personal info at every turn. I stopped before he got what he came for, but now my whole network seems to be compromised.
1. All administrator priviliges suspended.
2. My login credentials at Microsoft do not recognize me so I can repair/troubleshoot.
3. Tried to phone Microsoft support, but they are online only, with no voice to speak to.
Can you advise me how to resolve this and gain my network back?

Open a thread in the AntiVirus and System Security section. Someone will be by to help.
If you see AnyDesk running on your machine or Teamviewer I would uninstall that immediately.
