    Hello All

I'm Sully. Retired several years. Have been looking for a site that may be able to help me if/when I get stumped by Windows (10, in my case). I know some things, but being out of the working world for so long, I realized my 'current' computer knowledge is slipping. And I still love computers, so this is somewhat disappointing to me.

I started in computers in 1968 (operations/production/support/programming (autocoder/basic/fortran/cobol, etc.). Only mainframes, in those days.

Used to build my own desktops, etc. And, of course DOS and all the Windows revs. And if there's anything I can give-back, so be it! Thanks!

Lot's of us retirees here, you should fit in well. That's quite a lot of experience you have, if it includes any familiarity with Windows NT 3.1 or higher then you're half way there. Don't be fooled by the flashy GUI of the Windows 10 desktop, under the bonnet it's a direct development from the original Windows NT, thru 2000, XP, W7, W8 and now W10.

Hello all. My name is Rod; I have a ASUS MB, I built with a 600 watt power supplying Intel Core I-7 3.6 MHz 16 GB RAM and two WD 2 TB hard drives.
It is running W-10 from a conversation from Microsoft when W-10 was released from W-7 Pro.
It is very stable, and only got the BSOD 2?times in the Last three years...
