Accessing Folders from Run Menu (Documents/Downloads/Pictures/Music)

Awhile ago, I relocated my folders from my C:\ Drive to my D:\ drive. The way I'd been accessing them now is through Windows Explorer. I'd recently discovered that when using the Run Menu to access these folders, it opens up a session of Windows Explorer to the old location. So say for instance, Music, I've put all on my D:\ drive, but when I try accessing Music from the Run menu, it will reference the old location.

Is there a way to fix this or no...and HOW? Thanks.

I can't remember exactly which method I used when I initially moved my Music folder over but I seem to remember more recently for the other folders I went somewhere into C:\Users\<my profile name>, going into Properties, under the location tab and moving the said folder, for Picture, Downloads and Documents.
As far as the Registry key locations, I checked both keys. All entries are pointing towards the correct locations, which in my case is now D:\(Documents, Downloads, Pictures or Music)\.

It's weird, and I'll reiterate. If I go into Windows Explorer and click these folder names along the tree, they go to the correct spots. The only thing that is fouled up is when I use the Run menu to access these items.

Window key + R, type Pictures, Documents, Downloads, or Music

That's essentially what I'm doing, and again, each goes to the old location.

I did find a page that explains basically what I did, I also found your tutorial on it. Both are identical as far as I can see, but I just don't understand why the Run menu, when used, doesn't pick up on the new location.

If you right click on the background in this open folder and click on Properties, does it show the correct location?

Nope, it shows the old location.

What would happen if I just delete these folders? Would Windows 10 just re-create them in the old location?

As a test, what does shell:my music open in the Run dialog?

That opens up the correct "new" location.
