PC freezes, sound loops, discord is working!?

Hello dear forumers,
I'm getting crazy about this error I get everytime I turn on PC, I've ran every PCU, GPU, Memory test, everything is ok.
After that I've tried to clean uninstall GPU drivers and install new one, tryed to sfc scannow, etc., but nothing works.

In Event Viewer I get error ID 7000 and 7009, and then randomly loop, I will post screenshots about it. I think that this is the cause of the freeze which I get in WoT, I even don't need to play the game, it happens in menu, sometimes sound loops, but mouse and screen freezes.

Also this error ID 10000 happens from time to time:
Unable to start a DCOM Server: {3C296D07-90AE-4FAC-86F9-65EAA8B82D22}. The error:
"2147942625"

Boys and girls, it looks like it was a problem with Windows update, I've tried to do it with some software, then it made 3-4 updates and now ID errors 7000 and 7009 are gone, but now on startup I get 2 other errors, ID 124 and 42, JHyper-V and Kernel-Boot.

Last problems resolved in BIOS, turning CPU Visualisation ON, thx and GL.
