Unusual folder in Windows Explorer. Can't identify or delete.

    Unusual folder in Windows Explorer. Can't identify or delete.


    I have a folder I can't identify or delete.
    Can anyone help me?
    Not causing a problem, just annoying!

    Have you got any Adobe products on the pc as thats what it is Adobe Creative cloud and it will create them when you load their products so being in use you cant delete them

    Hi tlrsr do you have any adobe creative cloud apps installed? As that is a folder that is used to sync you items to adobes servers.

    Yes I have adobe acrobat DC install. I deleted creative cloud because I don’t use it.

    I have Adobe acrobat installed too and im sure there’s a setting that lets you sync your pdf documents across your devices but as I have a couple of creative cloud apps installed I’m not sure if it uses the same sync folder at this one.

    Solved!!


    Thanks everyone!
    Your comments led me to a registry search for creative cloud entries and i found a couple that were left over from the uninstall.
    Deleted them and the folder is gone.
