How view full notification in action center

Hi, when I tap on the arrow, the notification is not shown in full, there is some significant part that is not showing. How can I see the full notification please?

When I click on it, it disapears ! It does not show the rest of the message, instead of that it removes itself from the notifications.

Well c@ap, mine does that now too. I'd swear at onetime clicking on it brought up more information.

It still works that way for me. When I click on Outlook notifications, it open the specific email. Windows Defender notifications open a Windows Secuirty dialog window.

    I still use 1809 though.
