PC wont boot past bios splash screen

I have a seperate thread in BSOD forum. As paart of fixing the problems I downlaod a memtest program and shut down my pc to run it. On startup the pc went to the bios splash screen (ASUS) and now just sits there. It wont enter the bios or do anything. I'm assuming it is a memory issue. I've taken out the modules, reseated them, tried each one singly (I have 2) but nothing changes. Could both sticks fail at the same time? Anything I can try besides new memory?
    Cheers

Thank you. It seems it was linked with the work I was doing to solve the BSOD. Strangely, I unplugged a usb hub on a hunch and that allowed me into the bios. I then used a windows repair disk to boot and all is good now.

    Thanks for replying.
