Why Does Windows Crash When I start Amazon Prime Video?

    I'm running a clean install of Win 10 2004, Geforce 1650 graphics card, on a 2020 Dell 3671 desktop.

Browsing works fine on Amazon, but when I click on Prime Videos, my screen goes black and then turns snowy. I have to put the computer to sleep and log back into windows every time to watch Prime videos.

Install latest version of graphic card driver from website of graphic card manufacturer.

Try different web browser to see problem resolves.

Does Reliability History show entries covering the problem events?
If so,then---view tech details---lines 1 and 2 should give useful information.
Also,in the Search box, type in---dxdiag--- and check the pages for any faults. The Display page will give the current driver used and a visit to the maker's site only, should confirm if it is the latest.

I did a clean install of the graphics drivers along with the gaming drivers. That fixed the crashing problem, I uninstalled Amazon's video app too, seems to bug my computer. Bugs are gone now as well.
