    Hello @ken1943

Not sure I understand what you're asking? Maybe rephrase the question.

Maybe this is what you are looking for?

Or if looking for anything that auto-starts with windows there are many locations.

Add, Delete, Enable, or Disable Startup Items in Windows 10

    In C: \Program Data\Microsoft\Windows there used to be ? \Start Menu\Programs\Start is not there.
My other puters has those folders. Those puters have been upgraded many times so they could have been removed sometime in the past and just carried over. So for startup programs there were 2 choices to put the shortcut in to launch programs.
I assume there is now only one place to launch a program when starting Windows.

The All Users Startup Folder is located at the following path:
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
The Current User Startup Folder is located here:
    C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

If you wish to modify the Start Menu an easy way is to install Open Shell (free). You can then use either that as your Start Menu or Win 10's.

If you want to use Win 10's start menu, you can use Open Shell to 'edit' the start menu.

Full drag 'n drop, exposes the 'Start' folder, and rt click access to the folders containing the shortcuts and folders. E.g.

    - here are the two folders - rt click Programs:

    Here's the Startup folder:

And here you can see Start-up for all or current user:

Simpy click Open, or Open All Users to have file explorer to open the folder you want.

And of course you can simply drag and drop items straight onto the start menu.

Thank you for all the replies. This morning, all the entries in C:\Program Data were there ! I guess MS needed time to get all their ducks in a row !! So back to normal.
