    Reinstallation of Windows 10

I encounter was I had a very bad issue, I did a sfc /scannow and it found corrupted files and was unable to repair them. Dism also found errors. I even try to create a recovery and repair it, it says my system32 also having issues and cannot be repaired. I was wondering if there is any other ways to curb this issue.

I have also try this method: Extract Files from Windows 7 Installation DVD - Windows 7 Help Forums

However, I was stucked when opening install.wim, it displays a error as shown in the picture.

I would not worry about formatting your SSD.

Trying to fix System32 is not worth the effort.

Just boot using your W10 install media, delete all partitions and let Windows install.
