Yes, it is a little hidden, I had a trouble finding it myself several times and I knew, where to look for it. Go into Language and click onto your Language, Options will appear. Click on it and it will bring you right there.

the thing is that those keyboards don't seem to appear there.

can't find anything, i really don't know why it's happening.
