strange pc behavior

After opening a browser or pc folder etc, my pc brings up a popup of all the open stuff in a smaller window.
In the attached attached image: I have opened a chrome window and a settings window. ( shown in the background) ; In the front with a black border you can see the same windows which are at the back. Its keeps popping up randomly like this showing all the open stuff. How do I stop this from happening? Appreciate any help.

That window is a normal Windows function, but it should only pop up when you press Press the Ctrl + Alt + Tab keys. See...

Perhaps your keyboard has some sticking keys?
