Installing Win10 update break all registry paths of executables

After installing the last Win10 update, all my programs paths that were installed on disk D:\Programmes are changed to *:\Programmes. in the Registry (The D letter is changed by a star).

It means that executable can no more run, neither uninstalled, nor re-installed (like LibreOffice for example)

Instead of returning again to an old version (I've already done this 2 times), I would like to have a small batch script that modify the wrong paths to the correct ones in the Registry. Is it possible and how to do that ?

Otherwise have I to re-install Windows ?

Yes, like LibreOffice, that is running now because I spent about 2 hours to search and replace all bad occurences in the registry.
Now I have the same problem with Calibre (see picture) and Videolan (VLC) also.

And yes, I just modify the install path during the install procedure from C:\Program Files (x86) to D:\Programmes.
No other action were taken.

Is it possible to make a small SearchAndReplace script for the Registry ?

I will test these tools during this weekend and go back here for results.

Bad news, I was unable to make a Search & Replace with the both softwares.
These software apparently runs without problem but my Registry remains always with the errors.
I think I really want to reinstall Windows on this PC.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your help.
