i am receiving this error, several times. So i Googeled, the only program that i used is Iobit. SO i removed it(Went very bad) but the problem stil exists.
Anyone who can help me with this? The problem occured after i had to use a system recovery.

Totally uninstall IOBit....it appears to have a few "left-overs":

Many thanks for the reply. The program you adviced is a paid program. I myselve use Revo and CCleaner. Also, Iobit has already been removed.
I use Iobit because it used to be the only decent driverupdater. I stopped using it because in the free version it only always 1 update every day.
