    Screen showing "Locking" message then automatically shuts down.


    Hi,
    I am face with this problem. When my laptop is switched on. Then after a certain usage time, the screen flashing the word " Locking", then it immediately and automatically shuts down. I have to restart my laptop again. I am using a Lenovo laptop with WIndows 10.

    I read that another user also highlighted this problem in this forum in January 2020.
    Can anyone help to resolve this problem?

    There is a thread on answers microsoft opened on July 6, 2019 and the last post is from yesterday. No solution I think. If you haven't already, go to the lenovo forum.

    Maybe a hardware problem.
