PC/device needs to be repaired (a required device isn't connected)...

I'm getting this after major hardware upgrades (new mb, memory, gpu).

    What do you recommend?

It would help us, help you, if we knew WHAT you upgraded with WHAT parts...exactly.

It would also help to know if everything is functioning properly on this... laptop, desktop... ??
Well, other than the message you're getting, ofc.

For example, what does Device Manager have to say?

    After the upgrade did you...

    Clean install Windows?
Boot up from your existing Windows disk?

Please post a screenshot of your Device Manager thus:

Have you worked through any of these (e.g) ?

The forum prompted you to specify your full Windows build number (so we don't have to keep asking for it). Thanks!

    ASUS Prime B550M-A

    CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB

    MSI GeForce RTX 2070

And I don't know if anything is functioning properly because I get that blue screen with the aforementioned error. I cannot proceed to Windows as a result.

I googled as @dalchina mentioned... most repairs for that blue screen, seem to involve... repairing Windows.

    - which you can only really do if you can boot normally...

As you've performed a major upgrade, and now we know you can't boot to Windows, you could create and boot from a live boot disk and then perform some basic checks.

E.g. Kyhi's boot disk, Bob Omb's (win 10 boot disks with utilities) - of course you'd need access to another PC... and a flash drive.

Again, did you clean install or simply use your pre-existing system disk in your upgraded PC?
