As far as I can work out you should not have access to that folder. Mine is 35.2 Mb in size.
You can try:
- Stop Windows Font Cache service in services.msc.
- Run C-Cleaner System / Font Cache option.
- Start Windows Font Cache service again.
If you took ownership of that folder or other system folders then you'd best figure out how to restore original permissions.
I only have 300MB in there (same build) - I'm sure its all rubbish, but wait for someone else to confirm. I also have 3 GB in a nearby Delivery Optimisation folder - I expect (or rather hope) that is the 2004 update building up.
Update: Brinks batch file on the link below cleared mine up a treat!
