Troubleshooting Restart....where has that option gone to?

    Troubleshooting Restart....where has that option gone to?


    My W10 often wont restart when I want it to. Also when I do a restart the fans don't momentarily stop. I am positive they used to stop and restart.
    I've checked my Power Options and nothing is wrong there - I've opted for a High Performance Power Plan.
    So where did the Restart Troubleshooter go?

    Maybe: Settings, Update & Security, Troubleshoot (on left), Additional Troubleshooters, Power under Find and Fix other problems?

    Did you try restart under the start button?
