Windows 10 freezing with loud buzzing sound

i'm having a lot of problems on my Windows 10 machine and to be honest i'm giving up on it, it used to run games well but now it crashes with a loud buzzing sound even in games that it used to run flawlessly, any help will be appreciated since no one i know has wanted or cared to help me, i've tried updating drivers, windows memory check, updating motherboard drivers, checking drive health and none proved effective, even clean installs of windows won't help, what do i do?

Could you provide a little more detail about this crash?

Does the screen simply go completely black, does it freeze, is any kind of error message displayed, does it reboot?

This loud "buzzing sound" - where is it coming from? Your speakers?

Does this happen only with certain games or basically any time that the computer is put under heavy stress? If not sure, try running a program such as Prime95 (GIMPS - Free Prime95 software downloads - PrimeNet) to put some stress on the system and see if that too causes the crash.

Has Windows 10 ever run okay on this system? If so, is there any particular change that you can think of that happened just prior to this issue starting? For example, any hardware changes, any particular driver updates, etc.

Is the issue reproducible at will or is it one of those things that happens completely at random or infrequently?

the screen freezes then reboots but sometimes it shows a messed up bluescreen (nothing can be even read) and yes, this system was built specifically for win10, it happens in gpu tasking things, the buzzing is coming from my speakers

Did you get bugcheck string "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", which is 0x0000003B?

Note: You likely are the get the above-mentioned bugcheck without a BSOD displayed.

That happened to me, looked like a race condition in the Radeon Adrenalin software, before 20.5.1. It is recommended, if possible, to at least upgrade to 20.5.1.

nothing on screen is readable when that happens, when there is a bsod it's just a jumbled mess, however, the bsod errors i get are kernel_security_check_failure and 99% of the time clock_watchdog_timeout

I would say that the loud buzzing sound can be from a CPU or GPU over temperature alarm. Then to protect the device it shuts down.
    - Is your computer overclocked?
    - Do you have a hardware monitor?

My suggestion is to download, extract (mine is extracted to C:\Program Files (x86)\HardwareMonitor) and run OpenHardwareMonitor. (It's a portable, doesn't need to install)
Under options you can set to run on startup. It shows the current, min and Max values.
