    there is no where to put the version but its: 10.0.19041 build 19041

    this box wasnt here 2 minits ago so here it is: 10.0.19041 build 19041 im really not a hard guy to get along with. well...i am 62yrs old...single white male..was in the navy for about 3yrs...kinda lived a disfunktional! you can see! well i got lucky-enough! have a twisted spine!! now my life is takein it slow and easy! but....! so i always had A small intrest in computers...since high-school.... so i got this old-MONSTER ...BUT i tell u this thing takes-on everything!!!...ihave another laptop...BOTH THEESE things are DELLS...laptops!..the newer one is a dell inspiron model: i5 5720 17R SERIOUSLY crashed and im still trying to revive it!...ive had limited success with it!!! thats about all for now...chow!!!

    In your profile under "System Specs" you can put your Windows version (the whole number) in the "OS" slot, and it will show down under your avatar.

    Are you asking for help with your... dell inspiron model: i5 5720 17R laptop? If so we would need a bit more information.

    Things like what you were doing when it crashed. Or anything you had done right before it crashed. Any error messages, etc.
