Can't get the zip, requires a sign in. You need to move it to a public area.
Were you able to get the zip file? It is set to be available to anyone with the web address. On a separate computer I clicked the link I got a pop-up that asked to sign in/join. I X'd out and then selected direct download (top right) and was able to download. If you did not get or are having issues, let me know and I will try Google Drive. I will begin working on your most recent post. Thank you!

Avast wanted to do the uninstall in Safe Mode but since I cannot get into Safe Mode, I ran the uninstall in regular mode.
The Dell Support Assist was failing to install the updated Intel HD Graphics Drive so I downloaded from Dell directly and ran the individual installer to success.

V2 and DM files are attached.

Please upload results from each V2 and DM:
    BSOD - Posting Instructions

The attachments in the prior post didn't open.
    Please post new attachments.

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Unfortunately the drive has failed.

The important data should be able to be recovered.
It's unknown when the bad block occurred and what data may have been affected.
Please backup important files and replace the drive.
    Consider SSD for faster boot.

I bought this laptop used. Is there a way to make sure I will be able to activate W10 on the new drive? I am just going to reinstall everything.
