    Code:
    X:\Sources>bootrec /fixboot
    Access is denied.
    Code:
Bootcode was successfully updated on at least one volume.

Reboot > display the new error message and code

Disk 0 is shown as RAID. Could that have anything to do with it?

Disk is healthy. Sorry I had run that before posting here. Getting system specs now

This isn't my PC, this is a PC of a friend that I'm helping. Should I just post specs in a post or add them to the My Computers section?

I would try setting the SATA controller mode to AHCI in UEFI (BIOS) settings.

Only one Seagate 2 T drive. Dell normally set their computers as RAID. Why, I don't know.
    It has Win 10 Enterprise

Changed to AHCI and rebooted and it wouldn't come up. Chose Safe Mode and it's up now. What could I do now to get it to boot normally? Thanks for all the help so far!!!
