Computer inoperable win10, boot loop disaster

Alright so, i installed windows 10 had it working for about a week my graphics card was away for repair and when i finally got it back i tried installing it only to discover my PCI slot on my mobo was bad. So i ordered a new mobo when i got the new mobo in the mail i installed and powered on my system the usb drivers were working fine. I still popped in the install CD for audio drivers about mid install of the drivers i leave the room and come back to discover windows 10 had reset itself and was installing "updates" at about 55% it completely froze i left it alone for about an hour before I rebooted. Upon rebooting i discovered none of my usb ports work it appears the driver install got eliminated mid installation. So my pc was just stuck there on the new annoying mandatory log in page Luckily my Mobo had a ps/2 slot so i had to travel all around town to thrift shops and pawn shops to find a ps/2 keyboard, success i got the keyboard and j signed in! Time to pop in the drivers CD and reaccomplish it! Only one thing... Windows says "failed to install update"*instant reboot* by the way my only internet access on this PC is a wireless usb dongle.... after about 1.7million resets the PC remained active for longer than 30seconds and in that time i tried to make use of the driver disc only to discover when it opens up it says "driver installation fail" followed promptly by a forced restart.... don't even get my started on how much of a pain in the ass it is to use keyboard only on W10. Absolute nightmare... any ideas? I havnt used my PC in about a week, by the way safe mode doesn't work

With a new mobo mate your best bet would be to get all your files off your HD, format and do a complete reinstall of your original OS and upgrade from there.

Also as far as I know your windows 10 activation is connected to your hardware so even if you managed to get it to boot it would not activate.

If you were using the old mobo with the on-board gfs, put it back in then boot, downgrade back to your original OS to get your Windows Key and any files you need off, if you have your key you could use a linux bootable disk to remove your files with the new mobo installed, unplug from the internet, install your version of windows, activate by phone, update then upgrade to 10 again.
