Can't delete this Folder from my Desktop

Attached is the screenshot of the name of a folder on my desktop - and a screenshot of the contents. Also included is a screenshot of the error message I get when I try to delete this folder. This folder is no longer needed so I'd like to delete it as part of my housekeeping. Thank you....

That is not a folder on your desktop, it is a *.iso file. This is a disk image file and if you double-click on it Explorer mounts it as a virtual DVD drive.

You cannot delete a *.iso while it is mounted. Open File Explorer at 'This PC', there you will see a virtual DVD drive. Right-click on it and select 'Eject'. Once you have dismounted the *.iso you will be able to delete it from your desktop.

Thanks. How is this folder mounted? Also, where do I find "This PC?"

The ISO will get mounted if you double click on it. My PC is is in File Explorer. Click on it and it will show all your drives.

Edit: Restarting the computer will also unmount the ISO.
