Right Click gets Window Installer dialog box

For last few days when ever I right click in File Explorer or other instead of a menu I get a Windows dialog box "Window Installer" and message "Preparing to Install" with one option "Cancel". I am not installing. Just want right click menu. Dialog box remains and computer gives a rotating circle which locks machine for several minutes. Would appreciate any help to eliminate this. Have rebooted several times. Using Windows 10. 10.0.18363 build 18363

    Hello @lhakel1,

    Welcome to TenForums!

[1] Did this start after a WU?
[2] Have you installed any software or drivers prior to this issue?
[3] Have you swapped out any hardware?
[4] Have you tried a Restore Point prior to this issue?
[5] Have you run sfc /scannow?
[6] Have you modified the Registry in any way?

    I hope this helps!

Right click gets Window Installer (solved)

Used ShellExView and disabled all contextmenu and restarted one at a time. The one causing my problem appears to be PDF Create 4. I have disabled the context menu for that and so far no right click problems. I have uninstalled PDF Create. I have removed all references to PDF Create in the registry. The only thing I can't do is to delete the PDF Create folders. The only file left in the folders is a zingbat font. I can't delete the font. At least I can right click without getting the error. Thanks for the help!

I am pleased that you have resolved the main issue!
When you say you can't delete it, are there any error messages invoked, and if so, what are they?

    Can't delete folder/files

I usually get file in use. It was in use immediately after a reboot. Since I deleted all "PDF Create" in registry something in startup must start it. So I changed permissions and now I get "Do not have permission". I didn't change permissions for Administrator because I am administrator. So now I am trying to figure that out. I don't need the folder and since right clicking works okay I'm don't want to spend lots of time on it. Thanks for your help.
