I can't show my WVN because the text isn't showing correctly and I can't show a screenshot because I can't save it as "Capture.png" because then explorer.exe restarts and when explorer restarts on my computer my computer takes a long time to make explorer fully loaded again... and I can't even put in a photo into the thing because the text is off and I can't see the text... please help! (All help is appreciated! :D) And what i remember from my WVN is V2004 (OS Build 20161) i'm pretty sure it was?

Did you install a new program or update before this happened? Try running sfc /scannow from an admin command prompt. Also create a new account and see if the problem happens in the new account. Do you have a recent working full system backup to recover from? Recover from that if you have a backup - else try a repair install Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Ideally you've followed the so-often given recommendation to use disk imaging routinely. Hardware faults other than your disk aside, all you have to do is to restore a disk image you created before this started.

Macrium reflect (free-paid) + large enough external storage.

There to give you a second chance without tech help- probably even if your PC was stolen.

What happens if you boot to Safe Mode? E.g. at the logon screen, click the power button bottom right, SHIFT + left click Restart and work thru the prompts.

Is the text clear then? Any crashes?

(Your youtube video requires I sign in, so can't see it - see tutorials on posting such things).

I watched that video. Just do a clean install of Windows.
It looks like your computer was attacked by a Windows XP solitaire win.

I wouldn't want to save ANY of that install.
