Clipboard history & Emoji picker crashes

    Running Windows 10 version 2004 build 19041.329, 32-bit.
Not so sure why this happened.

    I've ran commands as below:
    • sfc /scannow
    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    • DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    • DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
    • Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth
    • Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Emoji picker doesn't show anything when running it either by 'WIN+." or "WIN+;"
    Clipboard history shows as below.

Also, the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service is running, but still the problem occurs.

Even the touch keyboard doesn't work well. It executes but I can't type anything from there.

Thanks Ziad, I really didn't know what you meant.

What browser is this happening in? Have you tried other browsers?

    Literally everywhere.

TextHostInput.exe crashes when executing clipboard history. Tried reinstalling 'MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS' and replacing 'combase.dll' but up to no avail.

Give ShellExView a try. Disable the non-Microsoft shell extensions one or two at a time and see if that makes a difference. Re-enable them if no change. Shouldn't have to reboot or sign-out, just try things.

Exactly no effect. As the issue is with apps, not extensions.

Extensions can affect everything, including apps, so it was worth a try. Apps are just programs with a purpose

A computer program is a set of instructions that can be executed on a computer. An application is software that directly helps a user perform tasks. ... A program with a user-interface is an application, but many programs are not applications.
