    I tried this "Enable_AutoSuggest_in_Explorer_address_bar_and_Run.reg"
    and also this "Turn_On_app_launch_tracking.reg"
    and last this "Enable_app_launch_tracking.reg"
but still no history in run box

    Hello,

Your typed history in the Run dialog will not be there until after you typed something to open from the Run dialog.

Well it's not what you asked for but I use this to remember commands and store favorites:

My notes say I fixed this by selecting Track app launches Under Privacy General
