Cannot remove a dead link from My PC

    Thanks to all. It is resolved. I was working in Linux Mint, and the LED light bulb went off. Since Linux reveals everything, It occurred to me to delete the other users' Picture folder. Deleted the "Picture" folder in the "Default" and "Public" user accounts,
    and when rebooted to Windows, it was gone. It could have been done from Windows 10 since these folders are no longer categorized as "System" but the light bulb was dark.

    Create an empty folder, and assign it to that path.
    Then, try to delete it.
    Mentioned earlier that it creates a regular "Pictures" folder, while the attached folder is marked "System folder". In any case it's solved.
