    Dell # 3647 SFF desktop win10 1909 strange problems.

    Hi, first post here.
I recently acquired a used Dell small desktop, my third one in a home network.

It came with a fresh install of win 10 home version 1909. Everything set up normally, and I've been using it for about a week, but I found 2 minor annoyances, that doesn't seem to have any effect performance wise.
The lock screen is set for windows spotlight, but never changes the photo or displays the info links about the photos.

The other problem is with my MS account. This PC was recognized on the account, but now it doesn't update the status, and tells me that "It looks like it's never been updated", which is not true, because it gets updates. The other 2 communicate normally with the account.
I've tried changing the setting on the lock screen settings to pictures and re-booting, then going back to the spotlight setting and rebooting again, hoping that correct the problem.
It seems as though these two problem are some how related communication wise with my MS account.

    Hi, you could try
Reset and Re-register Windows Spotlight in Windows 10

"It looks like it's never been updated"
    Similar report here: not resolved.

I found the same unresolved report in my research. It's too bad that someone doesn't come back with the fix, if there was a fix, for others with the same problem.

I will try the reset when I have some extra time after the weekend.

These should be the least of my problems!

    Thanks for the help.
