Windows 10 hangs before the login screen every second, third restart. Shows a black screen with a spinning wheel. I turn off the button and the system starts up normally. Then the second or third restart and again hangs on the black screen with the spinning wheel. I did SFC / scannow without errors. DISM restorehealth also without errors. Chkdsk c: /f without erro. Memory and disk tested no error. When I turned on the login log I can see that the last entry in ntbtlog.txt is always:
BOOTLOG_LOADED \ SystemRoot \ System32 \ drivers \ rdpbus.sys
BOOTLOG_LOADED \ SystemRoot \ System32 \ drivers \ CAD.sys.
If I do Reset to initial state then the problem disappears. But I'm losing applications so I'd rather diagnose the cause than restore the system.I will be grateful for any help
