Anyway to stop the annoying startup message?

For the past few months I have been annoyed on all of my PC's by the occasional message on startup asking if I want to explore more features of windows - OneDrive and Office and such. The problem is that it just sits there until I respond BUT some of the PC's power up remotely so the ridiculous message stops the PC doing what it is supposed to do. I think it does it whenever idiot Microsoft installs new updates. But no matter how I try I can not stop the messages. I have tried the fixes suggested on the web and tried the registry fix too, nothing works. The more Microsoft do this the more they just annoy me. Isn't there some way to inhibit this rubbish?

It's not in the startup. It's a Microsoft thing. And it only appears after an update.

    This annoying screen ?

I've tried a few fixes that don't work as well. Best solution for me was to run through it completely answering 'later' or 'not now' or whatever. Not the 'skip for now' option. It then leaves me alone for quite some time.

Check for tasks that run at system startup.

A good tool to use to search tasks is Nirsoft's TaskSchedulerView -

Yes! That one. I have tried everything and nothing stops it. I will try your suggestion next time it appears.

I was looking for that tutorial and using the search box for 'disabling Make Windows Better' screen didn't come up with anything, just to see if it had been updated. And of course it has been with a registry fix. Not used the reg fix yet as it's been a long time since it has popped its nagging head up for me. Next time it does will try the reg fix.

I've updated the tutorial now to add the new "Let's make Windows even better" wording.
