I don't watch my RoboCopy scripts in action.
I only bother looking at my logs if there is something worth looking at.
I check the Exit code from any individual RoboCopy command line within my script and
1 Repeat the command [I give it six tries in some cases***] then
2 Flag up any remaining Exit code greater than 3 by renaming the log file * - Failures.Log then
3 Bring up a dialog box at the end of the end of the script that tells me to look at the log names because a failure has ocurred.
Robocopy Exit Codes - SS64
*** I also halve the /MT value at each repeat. I start off at /MT:32 so the second try would be /MT:16, the third try would be /MT:8 and so on down to /MT:1.
