    Hello all again,

I'm looking for the "Registry Editor" ?

Anyone know where I can find it ? Thank you.

If you have the search bar on the taskbar, type
reg(edit) (you may not need all the characters)
    click regedit

    Done.

    If not,

    Win key + s,
    Type
reg(edit) (you may not need all the characters)
    click regedit

    Done.

    Great response ! Thank you,

Now for another question: I have an extended monitor. I'm looking for the setting for making the monitor on the left or right side of the PC. Anybody have that location ?

You can make the mouse cursor come from the left side or right side of the monitor with an extended monitor

Click Start > Settings > System > Display

Oh, so I think you mean how do you change order.

Click Start > Settings > System > Display. Think you just drag into order you want.

Near bottom is where you can say which one is main.

The Windows Registry is not under Administrative tools, you would get there by going to Search and type Regedit, or by right clicking Start Button and choosing Run, or pressing the Windows Key+R in the Run box type Regedit.
