Event ID 65 exactly on the hour, even sitting idle after going to 2004

After going from 1909 to 2004 Windows Pro 64 bit Dell Laptop. I get this event ID 65 on the hour every hour even when idle. General details of error are "Failed with 0x57 retrieving AppModel Runtime status for package NonimmersivePackage." Did Acronis image prior to upgrade to 2004, think I will restore? Other than that error ever hour on the hour all seems to run fine. I did a chkdsk, sfc /scannow, and a scan for health with DISM.exe and they all ran good with no errors.
Also, ran a full Malwarebyte and Webroot scan with no errors.

Did you opened Task scheduler to see what is scheduled to the hour?

There are a couple but at different times. MicrosoftEdgeupdatetaskmachineUA 17:28 every day, repeat every 1 hour for a duration of 1 day, GoogleUpdateTaskMachineUA at 19:13 every day, repeat every 1 hour for a duration of 1 day, Then there are some that do every 1 day, 5 days and multiple triggers. Did close lid of laptop and that stopped the hourly error, but then got error as soon as lid opened and I got the screen to press ctrl/alt/delete. Now the hourly has changed to 11:01:47. I stopped Firefox to see if that was causing it? Other with multiple triggers which I haven't checked them all but the few I checked were daily or 5 hours etc. I don't understand some of that screen, under Task Status I have Last 24 Hours selected and the summary of task that have started, failed, stopped in the following period is 0.

Hourly error went away. There were hourly scheduled tasks MicrosoftEdgeupdatetaskmachineUA and MicrosoftEdgeupdatetaskmachineCore- I disabled them and disabled trigger. Same there were two for GoogleUpdateTaskMachineUA and GoogleUpdateTaskMachineCore. Then same for CCleaner. I don't even have Chrome loaded and don't use Edge (use Firefox) Have CCleaner, but I will decide when it runs and updates. If fact I don't want anything updating on it's own. That is why I did a Group policy to stop MS from updating. Anyway after disabling these 6 and disabling triggers, the hourly error went away. Now only frequent error is one of those darn ESENT event 642 SRUJet which suppose to be in Windows/system32/SRU I think (but it is not there), but just a warning I can ignore.
