If I click In taskbar on the language icon I see:
if I select the last item the dead key sequences doesn't work.
How to remove this item?
with the language settings this item is not listed.

Double check using option 2 in the tutorial below to see if these keyboard layouts you want to remove may be listed to do so.
Add or Remove Keyboard Layouts in Windows 10
I installed again the language which I want to remove
and than removed this language.
Now there the language is not listed any more.

strange!
After some user switches and reboots
the unwanted entry is listed again and active without choosen it and I had to deselecte it.
