Cant access BIOS in Legacy mode

So last weekend I was trying to install Tails OS on a usb so I can play around on the dark web. Before when I could get to my bios I mistakenly changed it to legacy mode. Now nothing I seem to try wont let me access the bios. Here are a few thing I've tried so far.

-Using the MBR to GPT coversion utility in cmd. But the conversion failed for some reason.

-Holding shift while restart, going to troubleshoot, advanced options but there is no option for UEFI settings

-Remoming the CMOS battery from my mobo which didnt seem to do anything.

-Downloading AsRock restart to UEFI for my mobo. Which DOES get me to BIOS but my mouse wont move at all.

-Using AOMEI partition assistant to convert from MBR to GPT but gave an error.

Now AOMEI partition assistant said something about my boot partition and system partition being on seperate drives. I'm not quite familiar with fiddling with drive partitions. My boot part in on my C: and my system is on my D: I beleive. Is there any way to resolve this without a Win 10 reinstall? I do have a usb with Win 10 ready to go in such a case. By the way my Windows version is 1909 OS build 18363.900. Thank you for your time.

Changing the Bios to UEFI or Legacy has nothing to do with the Bios showing up, the Bios should always show up.

The Bios should always show up when you push the Del key or F2 etc.

You don`t need the mouse in the Bios, once in the Bios, just use the keyboard to navigate to where you can hit F5 to load defaults, then hit F10 to save and exit.

The reason the system files are on the D drive is because D was not disconnected when Windows was installed.

Did it come from the factory like this, who was the last person to install windows on this particular PC ?

Once/If you get back into windows we nice to see a screen shot of Disk Management.

When windows boots up hitting f2 or Del key does nothing. And I have fast boot disabled.

This is my gaming pc I myself put together last year. I did a reinstall a few months ago. I didn't realise I should dissconnect all the other drives. Ill keep this in mind next time.

I'm spamming F2 and Del long before the splash screen. Still boots straight to windows.

Before I was able to go into Bios. I have my cpu and ram oc'd that I've done myself. Like I said in my first post I went into Bios and mistakenly switched to legacy mode not know what I was doing. I was trying to get windos to boot from usb before all this mess. Honelstly thats my only goal is to boot from usb to run tails. But seems rather difficult without access to the Bios.

I'm well are the keys to get into Bios on my mobo. F2 and Del. Which do NOTHING. Even F12 to access boot menu does NOTHING. It just boots straight to windows. I've read elswere that legacy mode does this maybe im mistaken.

Mine is F11. And still, does nothing. I checked on the asrock website and seen that there is an update for my bios. If I flash my bios do you think it will reset it and finaly let me in?
