Pull out one stick of RAM. The motherboard should detect a different memory size and prompt you to enter BIOS. Also, mae sure your keyboard is plugged into a black USB port directly off the motherboard (back of the computer).
Disk 2 is only a 64 GB disk? What exactly, physically, is it? Right now in your computer is booting from Disk 2 in legacy (CSM) mode. Also, did you see my previous post about making sure you keyboard is plugged into a black USB port directly off the motherboard (back of computer)? What is the make and model # of you motherboard?
And what is the exact make and model # of motherboard?
I meant what is the 64GB Disk #2? Is it a SATA SSD plugged into a SATA Port on the motherboard? Is it an M.2 SSD? Is it a spinner HDD? Is it a USB flash drive?
Also, when you shut down Windows, hold down the shift key when you click on shutdown. That will disable Windows fast startup which will interfere with getting into BIOS during power on. Then power on the computer and immediately and repeatedly press the Delete key.
