I have Windows Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363. This happens when I swipe my keypad and it is getting quite annoying. I looked into disabling gestures but nothing seems to work.

Sounds like that ASUS Notebook/Laptop has an issue with the built-in keyboard so a diagnostic would be to disable it, usually the Fn key + another F key or maybe a switch, and plug in a USB keyboard and mouse to see if you get the same issue. Another thing when just touching the keyboard can indicate something has gotten in the keyboard like cookie crumbs, toast, etc. My wife has an issue with the Touchpad and her fingers on her Toshiba so has to turn it off and use a mouse, the keyboard itself is fine.

What happens when you click off Scroll Lock?
It looks like Comodo Anti-virus might have taken this over.
In Comodo put Synaptics(Your Trackpad) in the Trusted Software Vendors list.
BTW, you do not need any 3rd party Anti-Virus software in Windows 10. Windows Security (Defender) does a better job and is part of Windows so it's free.
