Here's what I got. nothing says " 'USB UEFI BIOS support"
On that screen select Setup (use the up/down keys until Setup is highlighted, as it is in your screenshot) then press Enter. That will take you into the bios setup. Then in the bios setup, look under Config.

3 years ago I bought a couple of refurb Lenovo M58 SFF desktop computers (Core2 Duo CPU, 4Gb RAM, Win10 Home for Refurb PCs), one with a 250 GB HDD for me (most of my data is on the NAS & backed up nightly) and the other with a 500GB HDD for our...
So I set the boot mode due to whateve reason to Legacy Mode (due to dual boot with Linux I think).
Now I tried to set it back to UEFI. But this is what I got:
